Yes I'm still working on this even though korg is releasing their synth ds thing. I figuring I can do my own thing because, yeah I'm going to make mine cooler then their's.. I mean what is cooler then DIY... I'll tell you... NOTHING!!!
Anyway, I got everything working and all I have to do is finish up a few thing here and there.

btw.. theres no reason you (or anyone) should be discouraged for making more music apps for the DS because Korg is releasing one... if anything I see that as _encouragement_ to develope more of them. Hopefully alot of ppl will jump on that bandwagon! the more the music apps merrier! DS RULES as a hand held composer/etc.
